This is the last day of the eight grade. Thanks for the great year Mr. Skonecki, and I hope it was a good one. My dog Maddie was laying in the grass this morning with a bone and a toy right in front of her, and she was eating a rock. I had to bike to school in the rain today, and I got all wet.

I hope that my future classmates are nice to me. The last thing I want on my first day of high school is to be taunted into humiliation.
