Wednesday, June 27, 2012. My Journey With ACE - Two Weeks Down! Yesterday marked the end of my second week on ACE. Though my weight loss is much slower compared to some others who take it, I believe I know the reason why now. It seems that limiting my calories to only 1200 is a little bit too low for my body to lose weight. I will post weights and measurements at the end of week 3. View my complete Food Diary HERE.
Sunday, June 26, 2011. Food and water were excellent, and exercise continues to be a work in progress. I guess I sound like a broken record. Both places were on the second floor so there were numerous trips up and down the stairs. And lots of trips to and from the truck.

Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Sorry my posting is so sporatic. I am not sure why, I have the time, just not sure what to write about. Today I am wearing yet another pair of size 16 pants! These have a button and a zipper and feel fine! I have a bunch of clothes that I havent. Worn in over a year just waiting to be put on. Not my dream size, but a nice sign that what I am doing is working! So far all have been a hit! I just have to come to the realization that food can taste good without cheese or sour cream.
