That seems like a steep drop, especially given the luncheon yesterday. I did eat, and even probably ate more than I had to to be socially acceptable there, but I was good and recorded it. I also made a point of not eating anything ELSE yesterday, so that worked out okay in the end.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Weight Loss at a Glance." I noticed that the web site stated " Here are the graphs of my weight since the beginning of this experiment."
