Random thoughts on this short journey. Guelph 1 Sprint Triathlon Race Report. After a year and 9 months hiatus, I did a Sprint triathlon on June 6th. Then two weeks later, I did another on June 21! I need to practice open water swimming to get to the next level. But, I picked up 2 spots on the bike this race. I was 7 of 27 for my age group on the bike. A little slower this race than last race, but it was much hillier. The winds were about the same.
