40 Days to Change Your LIFE. Although I had to work on New Years Day this year, I have to say that I always look forward to New Years. I always have the goal to lose weight. Make a list of your goals. When you can see them on paper, it all makes more sense.

My log of 40 good deeds I do for others during Lent. There must be something about me that makes people ask me for directions. Today there were lots of people from out of town driving and walking around Kansas City, and a lot of them did not know where they were going. I gave directions to probably six different people throughout the day.
Exercise through Pentecost with us. A mile a day may be your goal, or minutes of exercise during this green season of the year - do it for your heart, your soul, mind, and health. Thursday, April 09, 2015. Exercise is one obvious way to burn off calories.
