On August 13, 2015. Pamakkule is my favorite place for visiting in Turkey. In Chinese, it is translated as White Cotton Castle. From afar, the limestone terraces look like castles. When we were there, we were allowed to walk inside the white terraces, provided you take your shoes and socks off.
No, Not Quite An Abandoned Blog. I am out of photos and likely will not buy a new camera until I am back in the US, which could be as late as December, as I should be there for the months of January and maybe February. So this will sit, idle, waiting until I buy a new camera. I will, however, post on my other blog from time to time. This has to be my very, very favorite.
I last blogged in here a year ago before I left for what I thought would be a six month backpacking trip all across South America.
