Friday, December 31, 2010. I know that for me personally, coming home for the holidays can be the most wonderful, but also the most stressful time. Having three families to celeberate the holidays with is sometimes extremely chaotic with all the parties, events, and of course the hang time with friends! Was a year of fully establishing my life in Seattle.
Day 8 I went to Weight Watchers today and weighed in. It is important to mention that I did cheat. I cheated for a day. I went to Weight Watchers tonight and I had gained a pound. I GAINED A POUND! I was so mad. I am sticking with Weight Watchers. I feel like a quitter and am very disappointed with myself, but I am going back to what I know works.
