Depression is a deadly disease. You see, one of the side effects of depression is suicidal thoughts. When I contemplate my life, and realize how lost and confused things seem to be, I feel a wave of depression and anxiety crash into me. Is that enough to start suicidal thoughts? Nope Not for me.
