A pink-haired student with Gothic script tattooed on her bare shoulders; a couple of hijabi mothers with babies; plaid-shirt-and-chinos software types; even a suit or two.

The email basically said that we were NOT to show this speech without parental consent from every student in our class. Well, first of all, this was the first I had heard about the address. But apparently parents have been calling the school adamant that their child not watch the speech. What in the world? .
