The long story is, I had to come to terms with the worst parts of pet ownership. The vet costs, the sleep loss, the panic, the confusion, the sudden empty home, the lack of energy. The mind-numbing, stomachache-inducing, crippling anxiety. Its gotten easier. But the quiet is still deafening. The long story is, I made plans. But man, was it hard. Is where Im meant to be. The Volatile Island flip flop makes me smile. It also adds a few inches to my meager height! I found these at Zappos for 39. And I rarely take them off. I walk the dog in the Volatile Island, I clean the house, I shop in them. I do not slide around in them when it rains, because their material is not slippery. like my Tommy Hilfiger flip flop.
