The site had the following in the homepage, "8230;reflections and thoughts on the art of elementary teaching." I noticed that the web site stated " People are now able to purchase groceries online and have them delivered to their homes." They also stated " I envision that in 2020, there will be fewer and fewer stores and jobs in retail. Shipping companies and warehouses will become major employers. We will be less likely to have direct contact with those that provide our goods. I think this shift is already impacting employment, or the lack there of, in our country. All of these changes will continue to change the work force in all areas. There will be a quicker exchange in all fields and a more dependence on the technology world. The work force will move quicker so our education will need to move quicker.
