Looking in All the Wrong Places. I have long chronicled my struggles with depression, anxiety, and loneliness. People often think that these struggles are situational. Hell, I have often convinced myself that if only X, Y, or Z - then I would feel better and be a better person. But the fact of the matter is that my brain and heart are broken.

One thing I have noticed is that when I have shared some more of the vulnerable parts of me. this is when I have noticed the most connection.
