Bridging technology for use in the classroom. February 2, 2011 by Karen. I recently returned from a one-semester sabbatical leave and am piloting a blogging journal with my advanced eighth grade reading class. There are 21 students in the class and they quickly caught on to the paperless journaling system I created on kidblog. The students respond to my posts about the novel we are reading,. Another student posted a request to the class to comment.
How is Google Earth being used to increase global education by encouraging students to evaluate and compare both local and global issues? How is Google Earth used to enhance science content and pedagogy? How can Google Earth be used in other areas of the curriculum? What is Google Earth? Google Earth and the TPCK Model.
The sessions have been very interesting so far. It was also great to listen to feedback and hear how presenters would have changed parts of their study.

Just read the new article in the. About getting children to write made me smile! I know children do text and email and update that Facebook account but to use this to get them to write correctly is a great idea. Thank You Nielsen! I goal.
