To cook the squash, you just need to halve and clean them, put them face down in a casserole dish with a little water, and cook for 45 min or so at 450. Take them out of the oven and scrape with a fork, and voila! This is a smash hit in my house, even with the kiddo.

Joy started a Waldorf pre-school program October 1st. these are photos from the morning before her first day. Born July 31, 2013. Although there was a ton of equipment for her to play on, she was happiest playing in the wood chips and dirt. Ya gotta love the simplicity of children. Lets show that we care about ourselves, we are not ignorant and we will not accept less that superb food.
