Peas go with mint just about as well as chocolate goes with peanut butter. Sesame soba noodles with chicken. I didnt expect to like soba noodles. Brown and peanut butter cereal treats. I loved crispy rice treats as a kid and, hilariously, even more as a college student.
Ramen is my current obsession, with pork ramen being my favourite, and the most important topping for a good pork ramen is melt in your mouth chashu, aka Japanese marinated braised pork belly. The site had the following in the homepage, "Fun, food, and other random crap." I noticed that the web site stated " Roasted Vegetables with Israeli Couscous." They also stated " Recipe I found on epicurious. It all turned out quite well! I served the vegetables over the couscous and garnished it with some fresh parsley and shredded parmesan cheese. I think some goat cheese would also work well with this. Ill give that a try the next time I make it . Wednesday, January 14, 2015. 2014 The Rest of the Story. What can I say! It is the end of 2014 and I am soooooo behind! I seem to start out each new year with renewed determination to do a better job of keeping my photos and blog and journal up-to-date, but it never seems to fail, by the time New Year threatens, I am scrambling to wipe the slate clean and start all fresh and new!
