What a difference a Shoe Makes. If I am going to walk a half Marathon in October, I decided I need to get a good pair of shoes. I went to this great place called Fleet Feet. They measured my feet standing and sitting. They looked at the bottom of my shoes and watched me walk in several pairs.

They also stated " Ok, I fell of the wagon. Then, I got run over by the wagon. Three days ago, I hopped back on. I dont know if I gained. I dont think I did. After the success of my first crepe cake a few months ago, I thought it was about high time I made another. My birthday was last week, and with a joint birthday party on the cards I thought the time for another cake had come. So I dusted off my crepe pan and set to work. 2 tablespoons of corn flour. 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. 1 litre of whole milk.
