Every other Friday, I host Food Waste Friday, where I share my food waste successes and failures. The public accountability does me good. Those are leftover cauliflower breadsticks. They were all right the first night I made them, but leftover, I found them to be quite unappetizing.

Sunday, January 22, 2012. So all of last week and this week I have been enrolling into classes and paying my fees. I am excited to begin a new year in my course. I feel over the holidays I have been given an oppurtunity to relax after the drama from last year and I feel so much more focused to start a new year.
