Idag på morgonen bestämde jag och mamma oss för att gå upp till gymmet. Var där i en timme nästan. Idag fick det bli 20 minuter på crosstrainern i högt tempo. Sen så körde jag massa mag,axlar och rygg övningar. Kände verkligen att jag har legat på latsidan dessa veckor men nu ska jag verkligen ta tag i träningen. Äntligen fredag och helg! Sitter just nu hemm.
