On 01 Feb 2011, many Hikers were shocked and saddened to link to Honey Trail only to discover it had been deleted. This followed a very contentious episode that damaged the trust and atmosphere characteristic of The Honey Trail. Sundance departed; others followed. And so Honey Trail was dissolved.
