MAUHAUS IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS! After 5 months of construction we opened our doors! November 12th was our opening day and we were packed! During the course of our opening weekend we had around 500 people stop by! Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way.

Hoy vamos a cocinar un plato muy clásico y delicioso. Además es tremendamente sencillo y sano. Se trata de la coliflor con patatas a la gallega. Aceite de oliva virgen extra. Este plato es muy sencillo y lo tendremos listo en a penas media hora. Lo primero que vamos a hacer es limpiar y sacar los floretes a nuestra coliflor desechando el tallo y sus hojas verdes. Las patatas las pelamos y las cortamos en cuartos. Nos vemos en la próxima receta chicos.
