My Artwork, even from an early age, has been inspired by graphic realism. The process of turning the surface of a blank sheet of paper into an illusion that the viewer considers so real that they could almost reach in and touch is what both fascinates and drives me forward.

While it may not be easy to do or quick to do it is food that tastes of itself, with nothing to mask the flavour. This transparent way of cooking allows the produce to be the star.
