Thursday, October 28, 2010. Family portraits made me really anxious. Having everyone together, posing for pictures, on time, dressed. all of it just seemed like a recipe for disaster. I timed things very specifically and gave every player instructions for when they were to arrive. The pessimist in me knew something would go awry. Sunday, November 3, 2013. I love you, mom. My beautiful, loving, funny, caring, amazing mother passed away 9 days ago. She was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer 3 months ago. She passed away 11 weeks after we got the news. We were told she had time. We were told there were a litany of treatments she could have. And a lot of doubts. Monday, February 27, 2012.
