Sorting olives is quite the meditation. After a few minutes you stop thinking and watch your hands work. Stand back and watch your hands grab colors. After a few hours you end up with a huge olive fortress! We went on a hike into nowhere. We went swimming in the lake before dinner. I lost my phone in the bushes this way. We climbed up a wooden tower to watch the sun set.
