Alexis, Kevin, Bronwyn, Boaz, and Holland. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. We have recently rediscovered a backyard treasure. Palo Duro Canyon is only about 40 minutes from our house, but I could count on one hand the number of times Kev and I have been in the last eleven years. Not so anymore! The past 2 Saturdays the weather has been fabulous and we have loaded up a picinic lunch, kiddos, backpacks, hiking shoes, and sunscreen and headed out for adventure! The water was all the way over the road.

Friday, November 5, 2010. Hollywood - The Final Chapter. On Wednesday morning we set of for LA. And then tried to cram everything into our three bags.

That pretty much sums up my life right now! All I really think about is my friend who recently lost her little girl, literally out of no where. I think about how she would give anything to be upset about stupid things, like refusing a diaper change or repetitive banging on the table.

Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Where has the time gone? So what has been going on in the lives of A and L? I want a new kitchen sink and countertops. Need to replace ceiling fans. Relandscape the front yard, no need for the back, it seems that our two dogs are doing just fine at that for us. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Moving, New Job, Baby Burks. Well we certainly have been extremely busy since I last posted. Only one more week! I forgot what ret.
