MY JOURNEY TO LOSING MY FAT ASS. Monday, June 28, 2010. I got up yesterday morning and hit the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I wanted to beat the heat, but mostly I wanted to get my ass back to exercising. I walked about 4 miles and did a little geocaching. Wednesday, June 23, 2010.

However, it seemed like a fun idea so I thought I would give it a try. I could not believe the full body workout I had just received. Who would have thought working out could be such fun. I have to say though, if it were not for my fabulous Zumba instructor Kinga.

I apologize for not coming on earlier. I am definitely okay- I have just been incredibly busy! I recently left my job, moved away from my family, and am preparing for to begin law school very shortly. With many HUGE life changes, comes many challenges.
