Kick It 12WBT

My journey with Michelle Bridges and friends during my 12WBT. Monday, 27 May 2013. Man I am not happy today. My hunger has subsided somewhat, but has been replaced by some ridiculous desire for sweet foods. It is a constant battle. I wont give in but I am tired and cant be bothered with the struggle. I go to bed early, hiding from past habits. I know I need to push though this stage. Tuesday, 21 May 2013.
