Tidak terasa tahap trimester pertama sudah hampir terlampaui, saat kandungan mencapai 11 minggu. Rasa mual dan muntah juga semakin berkurang. Pada akhir proses ini sang bunda sudah mulai merasa nyaman dengan kondisinya. Pada fase ini, biasanya nafsu makan sang bunda akan kembali seperti semula, namun jangan langsung tak terkontrol ya bunda karena mual pada trimester pertama tidak bisa membuat bunda makan dengan lahap.
