The Comcast idea seems interesting, obviously it would be very useful to those customers who do not have internet access. It also reminds me of teletext a service in England, I think its a very similar idea. Thanks for following up with the HTTPS and Facebook from your presentation yesterday. The topic I have decided to focus on is Customer Relations Management. This is a broad topic. If we were to narrow down this topic even feather, one might ask the question how do companies engage their customer? Is it though online communities? If so what type of messages are they sending to their customers every day? Are they using web 2.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Taking public health to the next level." I noticed that the web site stated " Preparing for a Phone Interview." They also stated " Bull;April 24, 2011 6 Comments. I will be participating in my first ever phone interview tomorrow morning! One of the first sources I came across was an article by Anne Fisher on CNNMoney. com titled, 15 secrets to mastering a phone interview.
