November 10, 2013. Mum used to cook a lot of sausages and mince when we were kids. BUT she was a genius at making them interesting and healthy. One of my favourite dishes was devilled sausages. I found some fresh beef sausages as opposed to pre-cooked, which are popular here at one of the butchers here, so decided that I would make a childhood favourite. I changed it a little though so. 1 cup of water. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce. 4 tablespoons of tomato paste. 4 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
