Snapshots of my Corner of the World. Not too many around these parts though. It never looks easy to me, with those twists and turns the animal can do. I admire the men and women who do this and keep coming back for more.
These pieces really pop with the light colored background! These will look fantastic in a younger boys room or even a man cave.

A major part of my spare time is spent weaving with reed and I have been using more and more natural and found objects. I was happy to catch one on the wing and all the splashes of water. Cropped and slight adjustment in layers.
Tuesday, April 10, 2012. A friend of our family has a show-stopper garden. It was featured on local garden tour one summer and I was amazed. The site had the following in the homepage, "As you may already know I love working with textures and overlays." I noticed that the web site stated " When adding them to a photograph the possibilities are unending and you will be amazed at the results." They also stated " There are lots of websites that offer great free textures like Shadowhouse Creations. And many more which can be found doing a Google search.
