Oh lá lá, Mas Concas! Segurament és agosarat dir que Ferran Adrià. R I encara ho és més si pensem en Pic, els germans Troisgros, La Chapelle, Bocusse, Ducasse, Blanc, Gagnaire i, sobretot, Fernand Point. Adrià, que és molt Adrià, va voler tancar el cercle fa tres anys. El darrer plat que va servir el Bulli. També va ser el darrer que amb el seu equip capitanejat per Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch i Mateu Casañas.
