Do something good for yourself so that you can reward yourself with something bad. It may not be healthy but these are words I live by. Water, vitamins, yoga and meditation are part of my regimen so I can drink wine, eat delicious food and be merry. Today I had to earn my reward, I had to turn up the heat on my yoga, sweat out toxins and restore balance. Hot Yoga was the answer and I am not a fan. Luckily a friend, Carmen Dennis, was teaching at Kitsilano Yyoga.
