Life is a bowl of photos. Life is a bowl of Kibble. You never know what you will find. Not only do I hunt for Geocaches I hide them. The following is a couple of log messages I received a while back. Here is a pic of the location. I am standing beside it looking out. What we do for a cache. Until next time, happy caching! IT iS rAINY uP iN tHEM mOUNTAINS.

Twenty Four Seven Good habits for intentional living

With all that going on there is little mental space left over for a concerted effort to think about worries or unsolved problems. A run is more like a mediation than anything. There are no constructive thoughts, no problem-solving, no plotting or searching. There is just me and my dog, trotting down the trail together. Each of us discovering euphoria.

The Sweet Life

Tuesday, January 27, 2009. It is SUPER bitter, so not everyone enjoys it, but I am a big fan. I got an appetizer a few weeks ago called Faccia. Which I think means Old Face, anyways it turned out to be grilled eggplant and zucchini slices and grilled slices of radicchio. All drizzled in hundred year old balsamic vinegar and to top it all off there was a wedge of warm smoked provolone. So Friday I brought home my radicchio. Sausage, and some involtini.
