I noticed that the web site stated " The room couldnt be demolished with regular construction equipment." They also stated " The building had originally been a bank and a vault was built in the original construction. It was a room reinforced by concrete and re-bar. They were waiting for some specialized equipment that would be able to handle the rest of the building.
