This year the organizers of NOSA proposed an international design competition that asked entrants to consider the design of a new school in that area. A couple of teams from Ryerson submitted and once again, a team consisting of Masters students won third prize.

DSDHA aims for super-density with contextual sympathy in a pair of central London residential buildings. Promontorio strips back, slices through and adds to the structure of a 1980s office building in Lisbon. Orms has sympathetically updated and extended a 1930s London landmark. Mustard Architects employs angled planes to introduce open, light-filled spaces to a family home.
