Have you ever wondered Who were the fish people of Washington? They were fast swimmers. And celebrated the return of salmon. Dressing in woven cedar bark. Not only believed in spirits such as the helpful and foolish.
The Quinault in the old days lived in long houses, which they made out of their own trees. Cedar was big and till this day still is they used it for cedar skirts, if you were to go to the canoe journey you would see a lot of the Quinault dancers wearing it as their beautful regalia. The women picked berries for their men, while they went hunting, fished, and worked hard for their families.
