September 16, 2016. Time is a wonderful healer. Well, i guess its been a while since i last made a post here. Unfortunately, i have suffered a compressed disc in my lower spine which kept me away from work for three weeks and to add to that it appeared to trigger an onslaught of panicanxiety attacks last week.
