We live very close to Caroga, NY which is the home to a couple of smaller mountains including Kane Mountain. The reason why this mountain enticed us was because of the fire tower at the top.

Serenity is not freedom from the storm, but peace amid the storm. There are so many storms raging in our lives, both internally and externally. My personal storms usually revolve around parenting issues, the struggle to lose weight and self confidence.
