Healing Gardens in the Pacific NW. Nasturtiums are such a bright addition to the garden. They attract so many aphids that I stopped planting them in my own. However, I came across this beautiful container today. Completely aphid free and such a wonderful trailing flower to brighten the box. I believe having them in a box and off the ground gives enough air flow to deter aphids. But in the meantime, enjoy the photo I took today! May 1, 2014.
