I had no idea how many teachers were starting to get onto the social media trend. Although using social media was not something that I had thought I would use, I became aware of all the positive things that can come out of social media and it started to become more appealing. A conversation that stands out in my mind.

The world is most definitely changing and as teachers we need to embrace it and use it effectively. Twitter, Facebook, blogs and wikkispaces are all new ways that we can successfully extend knowledge into the learning community.
