Welcome to my final portfolio for the Masters in Education Teacher Librarianship. Over 2 years I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and understanding on the role of a TL and feel that this is just the tip of the iceberg with much more to learn while on the job. I have enjoyed studying this degree and look forward to beginning a new career as a TL.
Gaming has become an important part of the lives of many young people today. While video games are seen by many people as something done at home, many teachers have been incorporating gaming into schools. At my school, one of my year three colleagues has been using the game Minecraft this year with her students. The children created the communities in different stages as they explored .

The site had the following in the homepage, "Youth, Popular Culture and Texts." I noticed that the web site stated " Neil Gaiman Why our future depends on libraries, reading and daydreaming." They also stated " Neil Gaiman Why our future depends on libraries, reading and daydreaming. I am sure many would have read this by now but I just had to share it . At first, I hated that everyone was posting tributes to you on Facebook.
