Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Cinnamon rolls with life changing buttercream frosting. So clearly its been a long time since I have blogged, but what can ya do? Ive had parties and speedo runs and events galore! Plus I went home for a week for the holidays. I had some butter cream frosting in my freezer that was left over from a bridal shower .

I noticed that the web site stated " I went to a friends party the other day, and she had made cake balls." They also stated " They looked interesting, so I tried them. Boy, were they delicious! I was very pleased, and, when we had leftover cake, I decided to make cake balls. Beware, though, this takes a while, especially if you make around 80 of them, as I did.
