Friday, January 15, 2016. Greetings to the wonderful community of Blogland! My sincerest apologies for being absent, and I regret to say, that it will be a permanent situation, at least on Blogger. All is well, though! My life is so full; fuller than I ever imagined it could be. On some days I had to decide if I wanted to kayak or blog. Hmmm, gardening or blogging? Or add my new website.

Off to a great start! July 9, 2015. Bridget and I had a fabulous first month of sales at Jackson Vintage Village! Thanks to all who liked, commented and shared our post and Facebook page. We YOU! Today wed like to take a moment to recognize a talented fellow vendor Jeff Matherne. He paints rustic Louisiana scenes and symbols on reclaimed wood and other materials.
