Filing and drilling the holes for the swivel wheel, the drilling size is diameter 8 for the swivel wheel to fit into the base of the robot. After the competition we felt that our design suited the competition. We won 3 battles losing the forth in the quarter final. the grip on the wheels worked expectantly and our ramp at the front worked every time. The grip of the wheels is cut out from a rubber car mat. It was then glued onto the wheels.

Finally it is complete! I am quite happy with the way it has finished up because I was quite worried at the beginning of the semester that I would not be able to make anything that resembled a bike what so ever. I learned so many new processes in this module. Welding, finishing and practical applications of the processes. I would like to thank everyone for the feedback they gave me to help me on my way.
