Tuesday, September 25, 2012. My heart needed this today. I Want to Run Away. I look at the next 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days and all I see are the same hard patterns being repeated over and over and over. Life suddenly feels like it will forever be this way. And this dark funk eclipses me. In the midst of all the pink happiness, the dark funk came.

Saturday, August 14, 2010. Well, Anna is going to be 5 months old next Saturday. I pretty much have the greatest child ever born! I just hope she stays this way.
I said these words on my birthday. They were to comfort a friend, who told me her gift would be coming later. Or maybe there were a lot of was and smiles. I wanted that to be the truth though. Seriously, when I get a book or letters in the mail, I keep them in the package awhile instead of ripping the package open.
