Der Versuch, 2 Wochen lang nicht an meinen Nägeln zu beißen. Ich beiße an meinen Fingernägeln, warum weis ich leider nicht. Ich habe schon alles versucht. Bitterer Lack auf die Nägel, falsche Nägel,. Fehlen nur noch Gel Nägel, aber die kann man ohne nen Nageltoaster nicht machen. Und nein, feilen hilft leider auch nichts. Um diese Phänomen also zu umgehen, machte ich meine Nägel hübsch und zu schade zum abbeißen und versuchte so die letzten 2 Wochen ohne Nägelkauen auszukommen.
