100 MORE things about OneLittleTriGirl. The miracle is that I had the courage to start. Back in December 2011, I wrote this post. I missed writing and blogging so much. I like the community of bloggers but truthfully, even if not one person read, I would still write.

Me at 23 and Hercules at 6-months old. On July 31, 2015, the day Hercules died, I cried all day. My eyes were raw, my face as red as a turnip, and my heart depleted, like someone had turned it inside out and washed it a trillion times on the sanitize setting. I was truly exhausted and sick with sadness.

Tuesday, July 14, 2015. AKA I just ran my first 5K. So after a leisurely breakfast I kissed the sleepy-eyed cowboy and headed downtown. I popped one in my mouth and declared it my pre-race fuel. I start my meds this week for another .

This is nothing new for me, but it is different now. Having kids definitely kicked it up a notch. Learning I have a special needs child kicked it up a few more. I hope to wake up tomorrow, just a mom, embracing OUR normal.

I started this blog to chronicle my journey through our 2nd cycle of IVF. It was my way of trying to keep a sense of humour and positivity around a very emotional time. I stayed out until 8pm, good going eh? Mind you, they stayed out until around midnight and got suitably mortz on my behalf so we all put in a good shift. Kick me Baby One More Time! .
