Why do we care about global warning? About the starving and sick people that can be found in all corners of the earth? We must teach others how to support themselves- whether that be job skills, farming, resourcefulness, education, etc.

The first layer and center of my concept map of my system is myself. The next layer of my systems, and most important to me, is my family, friends, and faith. These aspects of my life are the most important to me because they shape who I am as an individual. With the absence of any one of these aspects, I would be much different than I am today.

As educated as they may be, these leaders may have vastly differing opinions of what sustainability means and how it fits into their practices. Resource insecurity lurks as a theme in this documentary.

Sustainability, environmental awareness, and the future of the human race. Think Globally, Act Locally. Focusing on sustainability is important at this time, globally, and China can move in the right direction.
