The site had the following in the homepage, "Just another day in paradise! When it Rains, It Pours." I noticed that the web site stated " As you know the oven caught fire last week so we deemed it high time to get a new one." They also stated " Last Wednesday I found one on KSL that was right in our budget ie really cheap. While we were in Nashville Jason and Marilynn picked it up for us so when we got home all we had to do was bring it in the house. Awesome! And got the bolt off with some vice grips.
