The site had the following in the homepage, "Its been quite a while since I updated things, so here goes." I noticed that the web site stated " My most recent blood work was all really good, except for a slightly higher than normal cholesterol level." They also stated " It is now 20 points lower than last year, however, so Im happy with it. I dont take medication for that; it gave me horrible nightmares. I got a phone call in a few days with the results, however while still not normal, the echo showed much improvement over the one two years ago. Im happy with that, too! We received lots of yummy treats from our CSA this week. Cups coarsely torn fresh kale. Medium onion, halved and thinly sliced. We used 2 small Vidalia onions and a couple leeks.
